Release Date

I have gotten some questions asking when my book will be available, so I am here to satisfy the curiosity. Don't get your hopes up. On the chance that I finish the book (hopefully) and get an agent (Maybe) and that agent finds a publisher willing to publish it (unlikely) and everything turns out satisfactory (yeah right) and no unexpected delays occur (Ha!), then it still be at least another two or three years. In other words I wouldn't worry much about it yet, I'm going to wait till the second draft before I can even tell if its any good. That said, it's coming along rather nicely right now and almost to 40,000 words. That's quick for me, I'm not exactly Erle Stanley Gardner with his 4000 words a day, and I don't even have a job. I like to tell my self that the quality would suffer if I wrote that much. The most I've ever written was 2000 thousand words and it took me eight hours with only meal breaks (It was The Old Stroutt Place for my college class). Maybe I shouldn't take meal breaks anymore. I average about 500 hundred words a day that I write and my book is on pace for about 110,000. I'm not going to do the math (not because I can't but because I don't want to know the answer) but it's going to take awhile before I can even think about that other stuff.

You should take a look at www.ChristianPublishing.com, you might be able to get your book published faster(once it's finished that is).
